Marti has been a teacher all her working life. The dynamics between people, and between parents and their children in particular, has always interested her. She completed her training as a Narrative Therapist in 2001. Presently, apart from being a P E T Instructor, she teaches Mathematics and works as a Narrative Therapist.

Class schedule:

A course consists of 8 classes of 3 hours each. A new course will start at Beaulieu Preparatory School on Thursday 9 February, 2012, 09:00 to 12:00. A course will also be presented at Doringkloof, Centurion,on Saturday afternoons from 14:30 to 17:30, starting on 11 February, 2012. Please contact her for details.

In her own words

I have always known that a parent’s relationship with her children can be loving and respectful – P E T has given me the skills to develop this kind of relationship with my own children, something for which I will always be grateful. In my work with children, I often see the difficulties that arise from the inappropriate use of power, as well as the destructive effect that Guilt and Fear has in many people’s lives. It has become my passion to spread the blessing that P E T brings into family life as widely as possible.
