When I attended my first P.E.T. session as a social worker, I never knew my life would change this much. I couldn't get enough of what I was learning and thought to myself: "Everybody should do this course!"
I am a registered social worker (B. Social Work) working in the Winelands area and I also completed my Master's degree (M.A. Social Work) focusing on blended families. Since my third year of studies, I have been interested in working with families and focusing on parenting skills.
I believe that this is the change we can make in families and renew our relationships with each other. I have learned how to effectively communicate and express myself, identify and understand my own as well as other's emotions. This course even changed the way my husband and I communicate with each other and solve problems.
