When I attended my first P.E.T. session, I never knew my life would change this much. I couldn't get enough of what I was learning and thought to myself: "Everybody should do this course!"

I am a registered social worker (B. Social Work) working in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) as a play therapist. I started my own practice doing therapy with children as well as adults and I'm also working as a therapist at a high school in my area. I completed my masters degree (M. Social Work) focusing on the development of blended families and also factors that influence these relationships and family life.

I believe that Parent Effectiveness Training is the change we can make in order to renew and maintain healthy family relationships. There is nothing I want more than seeing relationships flourish due to healthy boundaries, effective communication and conflict resolution skills. I think you will never have to do another parenting course in your lifetime if you have completed a P.E.T. course!
