Our personal and professional lives require us to perform at an optimal level daily. At times the demands can take a toll on you physically, emotionally, and chip away at your relationships with others.

Be Your Best (B.Y.B.) can help by offering you both basic personal and professional relationship and development skills —skills you can use in all areas of your life. This course also provides training in assertive skills, how to handle anxiety, and how to set goals for becoming more fulfilled.

B.Y.B. is a unique and fun personal and professional development course created by the President and CEO of Gordon Training International, Linda Adams, M.A.

Our goal is to teach you very practical communication and conflict resolution skills to help you realise and achieve your goals at work and home.

  • How to take personal control and responsibility by first assessing needs.

  • How to say “no” without feeling guilty.

  • How to be self-disclosing and handle resistance.

  • How to communicate in ways that prevent conflicts from occurring.

  • How to confront others effectively while developing a clear understanding of who owns the problem.

  • How to deal with anger in self and others.

  • Control of the mental, emotional and physical aspects of your life.

  • Resolve conflicts in a way where everybody wins.

  • Resolve values collisions and discover the choices of ways to deal with other people’s values in collision with your own.

  • Be an effective helper when someone else has a problem.

If B.Y.B. sounds like the right programme for you, then please drop us a message via our contact us form or send an email to and we will put you in touch with a Certified Instructor near you.
