Join a five-session Be Your Best online book club:

Join an ten-session Be Your Best group course:

Be Your Best (B.Y.B.) can help by offering you both basic personal and professional relationship and development skills —skills you can use in all areas of your life. This course also provides training in assertive skills, how to handle anxiety, and how to set goals for becoming more fulfilled.
B.Y.B. is a unique and fun personal and professional development course created by the President and CEO of Gordon Training International, Linda Adams, M.A.
