I became an instructor because I realised that I need to know and understand myself first as an individual and as a parent for me to be an effective human being and trainer. Being able to relate to the content I am delivering as an instructor is the best gift I can offer which comes from embracing vulnerability, a learning and instructional necessity for winning.
