Alma Delport became a Parent Effectiveness Training (PET) instructor after experiencing first-hand how deeply parents care, yet how little practical guidance exists for what to do in the moments that matter most. Her work focuses on helping parents move from reacting to responding; not by changing who they are, but by giving them the language and tools to build stronger, more respectful relationships with their children. Parents connect with Alma because she brings a calm, relatable and real-world approach that meets them where they are, without judgement, and shows them how small shifts in communication can create meaningful change at home.
